We are currently collaborating with staff to transition BMS to Google Classroom for the foreseeable future. Students should be working on the packets that were sent home on Friday. More information will be communicated soon.
Attention BMS students. BMS will be open tomorrow, Tuesday, March 17th from 11 am to 1 pm for students to gather personal belongings that they may need over this extended break and for students that were absent on Friday to obtain their work packets.

As a result of the Governor's announcement this afternoon, Bellaire Schools will be operating on a 2 hour delay Friday, March 13 in an attempt to prepare instructional materials for the 3 week period during which school will be closed. All staff should report at regular time.

Working on Rube Goldberg Machines in STEM!!
BMS continues to offer new opportunities for our students. Corey Martin, 8th grade science teacher and 7/8 grade Outdoor Ed. teacher, received a grant from the NASP (National Archery in Schools Program) to become a certified instructor and to purchase equipment.
7/8 Grade GIRLS Championship Basketball games scheduled for tomorrow have been rescheduled for Monday. The 7th grade will play at 6pm and the 8th grade will tip off at 7:30pm. Both games at BHS.
Pair of BMS 6th Graders competed in the Belmont County Spelling Bee last night at Ohio University Eastern. Congratulations to Marissa Pacifico and Lily Ulrich on a job well done! Both students finished within the top 8 spellers with Lily receiving one of the top 4 trophies! Way to go kids!
