Attention Parents of Students Grades 7-12:
In December, our students in grades 7-12 will take the Ohio Healthy Youth Environment Survey (OHYES!). It is a 110-question, completely anonymous survey to help our district better understand the planning and support needed for our students. We are very excited to receive valuable input from our very own students. This survey will be taken in school and takes approximately 20 minutes. An attached informational letter helps to better explain the survey. Also, you have the right to opt your child out of the survey. The form is being sent home with Middle School students and will also be available on the website. We hope to gain valuable insight from this totally anonymous survey from our students. We're excited to announce that the Bellaire Local School District will be operating under the Community Eligibility Provision for the 25-26 school year. All students PK-12 will receive breakfast and lunch at no cost to them. This new approach helps ensure that all students receive nutritious meals.
Additional meals and Ala carte items will be available daily.

In accordance with Ohio Revised Code, notice is hereby given that the Bellaire Local School District Board of Education will hold an emergency meeting on July 8, 2025 at 3:45pm .
Purpose of Meeting: The Board will tour a facility under consideration for potential purchase and may discuss related matters.
Location of Meeting: The meeting will begin at the Bellaire Administrative Office 340 34th St. Bellaire, Ohio 43906
No formal action is anticipated during the tour; however, discussion related to the potential purchase may occur.
